As the MOMocrats watched today’s solemn comemmorations of the terrible events that occurred 19 years ago, they noted that Donald Trump has caused approximately 66 9/11’s this year, and we lose another 1,000 people every single day.
This week, we learned that Trump’s mishandling of the virus was not due to a misunderstanding of its lethality: Back in February, he told journalist Bob Woodward that the novel coronavirus was airborne, very easy to contract, and deadlier than the flu. Several weeks later, he confessed to Woodward that he deliberately played down the dangers of the virus because he didn’t want to cause “panic.” (Since his re-election campaign is ONLY about panicking white folks, one would have to conclude that the thing he doesn’t want to panic is the stock market.
